I have heard commanders state they have witnessed this same activity, they knew that was the kind of thing the officer was doing. And all they could say? " well I understand why he is doing it"

That officer is just trying to get promoted through generating fake stats. His Sgt, Lt, and Major are all complicit by allowing it. The department as a whole now has a major integrity problem because of how this adminstration operates. If you lie about your level of activity, you will like in front of a grand jury, unless you're too busy generating fake stats to go to the grand jury like this guy.

He should join the summer Stat Force. Lots of jaywalking kids out there walking across subdivision streets and driving their big wheels in front of their homes. Go cite them and help the department look active! HAHAHAHAHAHA.
