Not a cop, just a citizen, but for what my .02 is worth... do you really think only people on the FBI's "radar" are corrupt and scandalous? Blogojevich wasn't on their radar either until the sh-t hit the fan, no? Then they found YEARS of misconduct in his past. There are plenty of politicians (or just people for that matter) that fly "under the radar" so to speak but still live and work in very dishonest and often illegal manners.
