I think you got him mixed up. The responder from the paper article was retired lapd, the guy you're comenting on here is from boston if I read my locations right ( Boylston, Southie is what we used to call south boston) as i grew up there too........arrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh
