He has terminated plenty of officers who did far less than Moore. There is no set precedent when it comes to discipline around here. It's more like lets make a deal or who has dirt on who.

Termination is the appropriate response to lying in a PSU investigation per policy. He not only did this once but twice. If an officer cannot be truthful during a policy investigation how can you trust that person to be truthful in any other testimony?

I can see your point, but what about those who have been more harshly disciplined or fired for lesser offenses. His punishments seem to be reflective of personal bias and race.
