Legally, is it slander if it has the basis of truth? After all slander is defined as words falsely spoken that damage the reputation of another or an abusive attack on a person's character or good name that has no basis in truth. SO if it is slanderous, it has to be false? So if the truth has been written, and it hurts, then I guess you who scream slander need to read your own histories. How 'bout them apples.
