Although problems are exposed regularly, and nothing is done. That is the root of the problem and it is being stated here.

Ok now see it is you that was not paying attention MS Citizen. I said MOST of the community looks at the police as being bad, not all and I never said you thought that either. And when I say you have no idea because you are not out there, I mean when you go on a run or do an investigation you get very little cooperation because of officers that we are discussing. And things need to be said on here because it falls on def ears anywhere else. I am not bitter towards your posting and I DO value your opinion and do want your support, but in my opinion critisism about ones family should only come from a family memeber. If I gave you my opininion about your family i believe you would tellme to mind my business, RIGHT? You also said "I may not know every single detail about this officer and his past - and I don't want to know. I really couldn't care less, he isn't assigned to my division." Well there you have it, you could care less! Well I do care and so does a majority of the other agencies. We are the ones that are being discriminated against. I guess in alot of peoples minds we are guilty by association. I appreciate your comment for one but I thinks you should choose your wording a little better and understand exactly what you are reading before you place a comment.
