Dont know anything about the SWAT situation, but I worked with Kenton when he was a patrolman in the 5th district. He was a very nice guy with a wealth of street knowledge and a very good cop.

Another goof ball that thinks he is somebody. The Poster child for why the department is in shambles. The guy thinks that now that he is the major over Swat that now all of the sudden he has all of the answers.
