Louisville Metro Police Officer Charles Moore has lengthy history of misconduct

Every Chief before City and County knew every officer's name on the Department, Robert White does not Majors care enough to get to know officers on this department, which probably has contributed to his failure in getting hired as Chief onto other departments. I believe in respect, and i'm definately honored to work as a police officer here and have a steady job, but i would like to see the Chief of Police more than once in 7 years. I mean come on We're not the LAPD, we dont have thousands of officers to worry about getting to know. He will swap Majors soon and everything will change, I know Gibson wants out of the First district quick enough. Wow on the new commander there.
