Louisville Metro Police Officer Charles Moore has lengthy history of misconduct

Robert Crump White is an absolute moral coward who makes excuses for his lack of leadership and failure to handle internal problems. He is a poster child for bad leadership and he knows it. The problem is, he just does not care. The Mayor gives him over $200,000 a year not to care. White rattles likes a rattlesnake under threat when he gets on the stand. He is inarticulate when under pressure. He is also incredibly childish when someone disagrees with him. How pathetic. He is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever been around, let alone worked for.
