I challenge that statement, he has NOT fired very many officers. In fact he could have fired a great many others, to inlcude Randy, however he has chosen no to.

FIRED - Mattingly - overturned

Finch - after conviction

Four members of the Wolf Pack (sorry can't remember their names)

Baker - after other agencies got hold of the fact that Baker was on Felony Diversion

I know of four others who were allowed to RETIRE. Another three we allowed to resign.

He tried to talk (Bully/Bluff) O'Neil and Luckett into resigning, but they said 'no'.
