Another example of RCW taking care of people with the same color skin as his. If this had been a white officer he would have been fired the first time. White is a racist and every officer on the dept knows it.

That is what is really eating at me. He has fired how many officers over bull**** reasons and he protects the likes of Moore, Hollingsworth & Baker?
