No, I haven't been to the LMPD range, but I do know that there are more police departments in Metro Louisville than LMPD - so why not make it a county-wide range? Probably get a lot more support to run it properly, and to get a much needed driving track, if you thought INCLUSIVELY rather than with blinders on, just thinking your own agency. One of the big problems with Metro government is that it isn't really a metro government.
