Despite the grammar, I understand you. I understand why you are ticked. I understand. What I don't get is this mentality that we as a nation aren't in a belt tightening time, which means we as an agency wil be dierectly effected. Does this mean I am not angry at the fact that this MAYOR has STOLEN money over the years from federal and state monies designed to get us the equipment we needed? No, I am mad as H-E-L-L.
