Sounds great in theory. However, do you remember when about 5 of the Metro Council members went to Cordish headquarters to get answers about an audit of the 4th Street social club money? The council came back with an answer of "WE LOOKED AT THE ISSUE, but we CAN'T DISCUSS THE ISSUE because we signed a CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT in order to get them to show us the issue that we can't talk about".

That is some pretty sneaky shiznit.
