So I am guessing your detectives and flex do a job that is not needed since they are so easily placed on details. Maybe their numbers should be cut if they are not needed. I PAY my taxes I want FULL coverage for my and my families safety!!!!

Seriously! You think someone is mismanaging the shifts? How about all the details and schools etc... How about the continual manpower shortage.....over 100 Officers and don't believe them in the front office because White doesn't even know who retired last month. He was busy calling them out for not having any stats until he was reminded that they haven't worked in 5 weeks.
