Wonderful! Maybe they can use some of that money to put a radio in my car now. It is ridiculous that there are no radios in the police cars only the portable that could get broken in a foot chase or fight etc. There are 2 radios in each ambulance. the paramedics also carry portables. There are radios in other emergency vehicles, just not in Police cars. We have spent over 70 million on a system that won;t help anyone of something happens to the Officers radio.
