He was the worst SWAT Co we ever had. Could not tie Schelly's shoes. Could not even spell SWAT; he added an extra T. 16 members resigned under him due to lack of leadership. He always hid in the bus and did nothing at training. I don't even recall he even shooting. Never made a decision.
