This is the epitome of White's lackluster performance over the years. He is clueless as to what he people want or need. He is clueless as to who they are and he has no knowledge of neighborhoods outside his Forrest Hills home. How can a man retire on this department and the Chief not know about it? How can a man work for Chief white for the past 7 years and he doesn't even recognize the name? Do you not do any type of exit interviews to find out why people are retiring? Do you not care enough to
