Well, new college guy smarty pants, prior to merger both departments got to keep their seized funds and use it on equipment or whatever. That is no longer the case since merger. Even more, individual districts got to use the funds in their districts. Some folks on here do know what they are talking about. Personnel in my district were cutting grass, and trimming the shrubs today because of 7th Division pride. Oh, you ask, where is Metro parks, good question.
