That in a nutshell is the problem with this department. They take the lucky part as long as it works. When it doesn't then the finger pointing begins because after all it wasn't any of the managers hurt or at risk. I remember a firearms instructor " slow steady movements builds speed and accuracy". To do that requires a training regimen that is not lacking, but completely non-existant in anything we do. Until the puzzle palace places a greater importance on all training (not beginning computers) related to street operations, we are all at risk of being the lucky one. Whether it is from a mistake we make as an individual or of having back up that isn't up to speed.
