My thoughts exactly. I can remember when an officer would call off at a location, like 33rd and Northwestern, and everyone, including the dispatcher, knew they were getting something to eat and would try to avoid calling them for 20 minutes or so. Or, if you got a dispatch, and responded with that location, another officer would take the call.
