Former Metro Corrections employees sue again

Its because everytime we are down at the jail all the corrections guys are talking about it. Lets face it most guys that work for corrections are using it as a stepping stone in a law enforcemnt career. Most guys and gals in your agency want to be police officers. Law Enforcement is a very competitve field where you have hundreds of applicants competing for twenty five spots here at LMPD or one or two spots anywhere else. So you take what you can get until what you want becomes availible. My hats off to all who work in the jail. Personally I couldn't do it.
