Well it would be fine to have LMPD staff the sallyport, but you would need at least 2 officers, because it's not safe for one office to open the gate with 10 men in there and the other with 10 women..... I think Corrections should staff it with 2 officers on OT, it would be cheaper than LMPD. But in 30 years you would think something would change..but nope! the same old same old with Jerry at the helm......Fixing the booking process should be one of the top priorities of LMDC, Mayor and Metro Council.......
