Former Metro Corrections employees sue again

X2 on the slow BA. Lost one last month ue to the 2 hour rule. Spent 30 min waiting on the BA. He was on break.

I'm originally from Louisville and even worked for Metro Gov. (not LMPD) for a little while before leaving for a State Police position in another state to the north. While there I never had any experience with any DUI laws. I'm curious about your DUI's. I know that there is an officer at the jail who is certified to run the test, but are there no LMPD officers certified?

Where I'm at, every officer is a certified chemical test operator and we run our own. Also, we have 3 hours to give the test. I would hate to have to wait on someone to come down and run a test on my prisoner. What is the reason for LMPD not being certified to run their own chemical test........money?
