FANTASTIC!!!!! I applaud you for finally putting some of my holier than thou co-workers in their place. You are absolutely right, they bring these criminals down and then you guys like second class citizens. Not a one of the complainers on here would dare step in your shoes for the pay or to hear those bars close behind them knowing they are in the company of the flat out dredges of society day in and day out. Not knowing about the property deal you discussed that slows you guys I am sure it is minimal compared to what most of my co-workers don't do that comes your way. Talking S*&^ just to act like they are bad a#### to the people they lock up is nothing more than immature. Seen it too many times while down there and in 15 years have been there alot and still going back. Most of these guys don't realize what it causes for you in the book. Young whiners try to look bad like on this site who dont have the sense to realize it is easier to talk you way out of a fight than to smart off to get in one. Have worried on the searches myself a few times if the officers I see really do a good job. You are right about Lesher he is one of the best and not afraid to make sure it is done. Watched him progress since he first came on but then again he worked in corrections and knew what it was like for you guys. Not saying he did but he probably learned alot around Harper, Buckner, steimele and Laytham early on in that category and also his policing technique. Kneow he worked on a good platoon after merger under harper who let those guys work. worked for a short time with those guys before merger and never saw anything get away from them and they always made sure you guys had no trouble form their prisoners.

Keep your head up and don't let a few spineless crybabies make you mad on here they have what i was told long ago a complex thinking they are mistake free and full of it.
