Actually, and I hate to admit this, but many other large cities charge the same fee for alarms. This fee covers the false alarm offices and documentation that is distributed. I know, the false alarm fee is there too. I did not find out till today that this is very common. The problem for White, is he does not know how to articulate himself or any issue. He folds like a wet noodle. How does someone like this become a Chief of Police. Hmmmmmm.
