Im sure thats a hard concept for you to grasp, but try to get a child to explain math to you. Even if the numbers werent exact, if, as said, the witness was traveling in the same direction at the posted speed limit and another vehicle blows by them, it doesnt take a genius to determine the other car is speeding.

I will stand corrected IF an independent organization verifies the cop wasnt speeding, considering I have NO faith that LMPD wouldnt cover for one of their own yet again, I would love nothing better than to hear that this cop couldnt live with himself because he took the life of this young girl.
