LMPD chief finalist for Atlanta head job

I agree that there are people on this dept that would sell their soul to get ahead. We all know who those folks are. I also agree that there are plenty of people on this dept that still take pride in serving and working hard. This is going to be an interesting year for LMPD. With potential change on the horizon we need to remember why we all signed up for this job. I know I didnt sign up to collect a check and drive a cool car. MOst people would say the same thing. Whatever happens next january we all still have one of the best jobs. If you do a little bit of work you dont have to worry about some sgt or Lt hounding you about your stats. I know there are "things' that are wrong right now but do your job and dont be a part of all the things that are wrong.

As always this is just my opinion. Stay sfe and back each other up. Hopefully ALL the things that are wrong on this dept will weed themselves out soon. I wont hold my breath though.
