Dude, get a freaking life. Let me guess, you had you head so far up the commanders butt that you could see what he ate that day. Officers now are far different then when your wrinkled arse was on. These officers deal with a lot more things then when you did when you were on. What di you handle? Two or three calls a shift? Policing now is a different situation than 30 years ago. So as far as the cops today whining, they probably do have a reason to *****. I'm sure you were part of the "good ole boy" system. Keep your mouth shut until you have walked a mile in their shoes. By the way, I am a 17 year veteran and love coming to work every single night. I am happy with my job and department, so I am not in that group you are talking about. However, I do see what they are talking about.
