Shively police officer indicted on tax fraud charges

Hmmmm a Shively Officer with a 1.5 million dollar home? I must be doing something wrong...oh wait i'm not a criminal.

This is a bit fishy. I see that he sued LMPD over his shadiness. I will wait for final verdict but this doesnt look good. I wish I could afford a million dollar house. WTF???

I know this "so called" officer really well and know for a fact he did a lot more illegal things with his company, it's about time karma comes back to bite him in the but. The article didn't fail to mention his 1.5 million dollar home but did forget to mention his numerous brand new vehicles, boat etc. He is a P.O.S and gives a bad name to the good officers out there do what they are suppose to.

I have heard nothing but negative stuff about this loser, he is in the same class as Jackie Hollinsworth. He makes good officers look bad. Shively PD step and fire this guy.

I worked for that jerk at ky protection and patrol, 16 hours a day doing secuity he owes me over 5,000.00 for not paying me f**k him he screwed my family and me. He owned two security compaines I worked at Bishop Lane Plaze for him... I never would of thought an officer would screw us like he did i called bbb the state rep, wage and labor, wage and labor told me there is nothing they can do because he was threating to close down his doors. I went to the main office where he was located to get my checks he told me to leave his property before he arrested me for tresspassing I hope he gets life right next to someone he arrested.. I called Shively police to me that is a felony its over 300 right???? they would not even talk to me. Take his badge and shove it up his a$$ side ways.

T Clay is an as&hole for representing this crook. He needs to be in prison, not on a PD. Just another thief hiding behind a badge. Has anyone heard anything about Jackie or is the chief waiting till he gets his walking papers before doing anything.

I've always wondered why West Buechel was not entered into the small city program? I knew it was Mannings baby to start with and didn't Manning and this guy have a business together?

A few years ago, Manning came to West Buechel and acted as he was the owner but when he got himself in some problems all of a sudden he's not the owner of the company anymore. So now since this Gordon guy is in some problems, and if anyone looks he's been in problem issues for some time over other things in the past , "do Google search". I wonder who will end up being the owner now, maybe someone from the 6th divison can carry on the "good ethics" these officers has carried with them. Maybe Officer Tommy Davis can take the tourch, he likes to push false DUI arrest and use unnessary force just cause a person knock on his door for the fact he put a parking ticket on a person car when helping a person move. This Tommy Davis guy still to this day has been harrassing me, he likes to turn on his siren when i'm out driving doing my business when our paths cross. I have contacts in the boxing world here in Louisville, i would love nothing more then to get some of these guys in the ring. Maybe when i have my campaign this year, i will work on getting a charity and fundraiser going, we could call it Box A Cop. I'm sure their would be alot of people willing to donate some money to get in the ring with these tough guys. I will be the first! In due time more will come to light of all the stuff the 6th division has acted out on me just to keep adding charges on me, why; i have no idea maybe they just made some bad judgement calls, but whats done is done. Everytime its election year and i run for office I get put in jail on made up charges, well guess what its election time again. This time i'm running for Mayor of West Buechel when elected i will bring reform back to the City, I've made enough trips to Jefferson County City Hall in Louisville to meet my court dates, maybe when its all said and done. I'll have my own City Hall "West Buechel City Hall" and bring in some officers that will act the way officers are suppose to, "Serve and Protect" not make up charges on the innocence for their own gain and pride! If any Police have a issue with me posting this, i guess just turn those red and blue lights, and we will go to court!

Does any one have the IP address for the citizen threatening an officer on this site? If so please pass it on, I am more than willing to help the officer build a case of terroristic threatening.

To the citizen who posted the threat, good luck to you as I think you may have just earned yourself an arrest warrant.

I seldom post on this site, but in this case I feel this is well worth it.

The Chief of LMPD dont even live in a million dollar home, and you have a officer in Shively living in one. Sounds a lil strange. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, just saying.

I know this so called man too. He is so wrong in everything he does from his home life to his so call professional life. He has done his ex-wife soooo bad in every way possible. He has done many of his friends sooo wrong that they(the friends) have realized they were never friends. They were people he used to get what he wanted. He doens't pay people in his business right. He has taken money from every person who has ever worked for him. He talks to people that work for him like they are peices of **** oh unless you are sleeping with him. Then you can do whatever you want until his had enough of that *** he moves on to the next one. His is one of the worse people you could ever meet in your life. Oh yes, about his tax preparer that has passed on. That man did nothing wrong. Thats just away for him to try and get out of all the wrong he has been doing. Clay has gotten you out of trouble to many times, maybe it's time you man up and deal with all the ******** you have done. You are a sorry excuse for man, friend, and/or whatever you are trying to be. Get off your high horse and man up. There are so many BAD things that I can tell you about this ? there just enough time and or paper n the world to do so.
