My crystal ball says the plea bargain will get him a large fine, restitution and 48 months at Eglin Federal Prison Camp AKA Club Fed-South or FCI Schuykill, AKA Club Fed North. Just a guess. No prison is a country club, but he won't be getting tattooed by some biker. He'll probably be doing something like cutting grass on a golf course.

What The Heck's Jerry Abramson Talking About?

SNOW CONES?

How is it the mayor of Louisville – the largest city in the Commonwealth – who is running for Lt. Governor uses SNOW CONES to describe the most scathing audit of Metro Government's financial practices in the history of the city?

Here's an excerpt of what he had to say:

Reporter: Sir, I want to ask you about the Department of Neighborhoods. You touch on this obviously … couple of days ago … it also said, "The audit reports 36 invoices from 15 separate vendors that appear to be fabricated

Abramson: Yeah, the, uh, if you remember when I set forth, set forth my disappointment with the individuals involved, what I said was there were two issues: one was the issue of the book, which was the focus on, um, providing funds without a contract to an employee, etc. The other was the fact that the director of the department shortcut the process for prepayment. In other words, if you are a vendor and, and, and it says, let's say, that you're providing snow cones to, uh, a festival on the Belvedere.

Uh, if you're a vendor, uh, you should submit a bill even if it says you're gonna be prepaid. Or you're a band. Let– Let's do it more like, more, more, it's more likely a band would rather, would rather be paid prior to performing or ask for half the money before performing at a festival. Okay, so when that comes up, the band gives you the bill, the check is written to match up with the invoice. What happened to shortcut that process was that the Director of Neighborhoods prepared the invoice herself and then paid the bill.

Flipping snow cones.

When State Auditor of Public Accounts Crit Luallen appears before Metro Council on April 26 (originally said 16, sorry, typo), let's hope she unloads. All she'll have to do is reiterate that the Metro Housing audit was conducted last year. Why? Because that corrupt department moved so much money around that it was a necessity to conduct an overall audit to find out if the entirety of Metro Government was moving money around like nobody's business. And guess what they found? It's widespread!

That audit cannot be explained using SNOW CONES.

He knows too much, he will not live to go to trial or make a plea deal. Here's a prediction...no matter the cause of death, it will be ruled suicide.

It's rumored that Barth wanted to be the public safety director and a lot of the missing money went to a certain mayors reelection campaign. Maybe Barth will finally figure out that Jerry speaks with a forked tongue.

Paul, when you lie down with snakes, you might get bit...make sure you keep your doors locked and make sure all your meetings are in public places with lots of witnesses.
