I'm sure the city will pay out they always do, thats one reason we get sued over everything. Of course we ( police ) didnt do things the nice way again and some someone feathers got ruffled, so the ATTY told her to sue because they always pay out something. But as someone stated next inservice im sure we will hear clearly established law on this case...lol . If we have to serve warrents just knock and if no one answers walk away............just put down that no one was home or answered the door.
