If I show up for work ie... roll call late that is one thing. If I don't clock in precisely before 9 am that is another thing entirely. Yes the subpoena says 9 am, yet in all my years of experience court has RARELEY EVER started on time. Each Judge has their own schedule and rules. If I am not there when the case is called
