Who the heck is complaining about getting hurt in the academy? I don't know about you, but I did not join this department to be babied. Pretty soon it will be required for the staff to give out hugs and kisses when they are too hard on recruits. It is unfortuante, but people get hurt in our profession. If you can't handle it in a controlled environment, what are you going to do on the streets? I hope you are not backing me up!!!!
