Did you guys that are complaining train here in Louisville or Richmond? I can speak for the JCPD side and say it used to be a lot harder. Ask anyone that went through "Hell Week" and had to fight Weedman, Houghton, McConnell etc. That was rough. What exactly would you like to see training do? What should Basic do to make it better and easier? Please let them know. Most of the injuries come from basic tasks like running etc...not from fighting. As far as InService it is not easy to come up with classes
