Deputy receives Medal of Valor |
RE: Deputy receives Medal of Valor
This job is about "enforcing the law, protecting people" etc. With that comes the possibility of having to fight. Everyday in everything we do, everyday. At times we have to use force. I thought thats why we carry guns.
If you cannot stand the thought of getting roughed up in training, why are you here? If you think something is wrong with that, why are you here? And the one stating they have been here for twenty years and that is not training, senior officers like you are the cause of most of our problems to begin with. We have a job to do, with the potential to be forced to do not so pleasant tasks and we need to be prepared to do it,, AND KNOW WHAT IS FEELS LIKE SO WE CAN HANDLE IT!!!
So go on and retire, so we can take policing back. You bean counters have done enough.

Oh, and I have witnessed the Training Staff during these events in question. And they are actually very easy on them. Easier than some criminal will be I assure you.
