Deputy receives Medal of Valor

everyone should just fail firearms, they dont give you time nor the ammo to go practice to better yourself, like they use to when a different major, i mean captain was over training. you fail and you get a few day's off on vacation. If you want to shoot to better become a better marksmanship person then you have to bring your own ammo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With what they pay an officer, how can anyone afford ammo to be a better marksman, that should be free from the dept. Training is going down hill. And has for a while now. No wonder recruits are scared to death to actually be a police officer and actually act on things that they see, When your threatened that you'll be sued and the public integrity unit will come after you why would anyone want to do anything. Wait just a minute Ozzy Gibson will change everything. And everyone know's what type of leader he is. :) :) :) :) :)
