I'm retired in 5 months and i agree. With Twenty year's of service to louisville. It is called hug a thug sir. And the folks in training does not help. I would love to stay longer, this is my life, but it's not worth it to me anymore.

OMG, GREAT! Totally said. SPEAK IT BROTHER OR SISTER. Training Division has really become a laugh. And the foremost Firearms- how sad you cant go there and shoot to better yourself throughout the year. Maybe, just maybe on a friday you can go shoot, but make sure you bring your own ammo. Because they have an armed guard, guarding their ammo, so no one can take any extra rounds. Funny how every officer is suppose to qualify with duty rounds, but the Police Dept give's you cheap ammo to qualify with, and recycles the old rounds to save money. Lawsuit waiting to happen. But your trained and told to do what the training division tell's you to do. Oh btw it's great to know that LMPD had to cancel the driving class for this year, cause they dont have a track to drive on. Thank God i had mine last year.
