Another financial blunder!

The reality is that regardless of the political party, it boils down to the shere ARROGANCE of the man holding the office and the lack luster performance of those who he has promoted, or given positions. I heard the the fbi had opened up an investigation several years ago, but was ordered to shut it down... Any one have anything on this?
