Doesn't say anything, St. Matthews pays about the same, if not more. These are folks that retired, too, I believe - at least the ones I know are retirees. That's the point, if you really hate a job, you leave that job, and you guys don't leave until you get another job. (Although eventually, one of these guys that is playing tight with the retire/rehire window is going to get nailed by the KRS for taking a new system job before leaving the old system job.)
