The point is, left for what? The few that leave (and that is nothing when you think about the total number of officers) leave because they go federal or something, they don't leave unless they have another offer. If you are REALLY fed up with a job, you LEAVE the job and take anything else that pays the bills, but LMPD officers don't do that. And sadly, that is what they are going to have to do, in droves, to get the attention of the City.
