The difference is that as a lawyer, the Jerrmeister knew full well that interest accrues on any judgment that is appealed until the appeal is settled. If the buttons were broken on his calculator, he coulda got ol' Jane to tote up what it'd cost.

Doesn't say much for his legal skills now, does it?

Beshear didn't want to head into his campaign with Maywhore Happy Pants' problems looming over his head, so look for a lot of $**t to get shoveled in the next six months.
