Police Change Taser Policy

College really helped, eh. Just about every one of my POs have more college credit hours than I ever will. (because I have none) and I cannot believe the inability the majority have with simple putting thier thoughts to text.

Not to mention they have no clue what people have to deal with everyday life. Because they have not done anything except being sent to college by mommy and daddy.
