LOL..... that was tooooo funny, but true! Yea thus come's another day of training on how to aim low with the taser, it's great how the city is broke, but yet they will have to purchase more taser cartridges for all the officer's to test fire at least 2. Good going!!! Just take the Taser back and give me a raise, i'll stick to mace.
