Along with this incident, there is another case recently where late watch guys of this division had a signed search warrant in Lake Forrest or somewhere similar. Infinite wisdom of command gives orders to not serve it until its daylight when the guy is leaving for work. Basically were told to walk up to him in his front yard and say "excuse me sir we have some papers to serve you if its OK". When did we start serving search warrants when it is more convenient for the suspect? Guess she does'nt want to get the taxpayers fired up in the rich part of town.

You got officers trying to do work and not being allowed., Then you got the officers that know they will be ridiculed for working, so they don't, and then are being punished for not working. Which is it, work and be punished or don't work and be "temporarily" assigned somewhere else. Too many mixed signals out there. Seems like all we are good for is report taking and write as many traffic tickets as you can. Got to get them stats up guys, but dont generate any heat.

I worked for D.W. when she was a Lt. she was as screwed up then as she is now. We all know she will have the position she has now until good ol Jer is gone and this chief finds another sucker to hire him. Until then she should be put downtown arranging erasors and getting the chiefs car washed and fueled. That's about all D.W. is good for. Sorry for the REAL police that have to work for her and put up with her ignorance of the job and the law. Sorry to get off the subject of CIT which is great program.
