Excellent post Brother.! It is about trying to help people! I too have sometimes had to stray from the prescribed formula, but the CIT training is not absolute nor is it black and white. I can remember one llitle old lady at Dosker Mannor that swore up and down that people were seepingt through the cracks in the ceiling. I put up a tempraru barrier for her by using my radio. What I did to was talk to the mmaintenance guy who fixed her cracks and repainted her ceiling and guess what" We never made anmother run there, she didn't reuire hospitalization and never bothered anyone else again,

WHEN I TRANSPORT A CIT SUBJECT, I JUST SAY RADIO I WILL BE TRANSPORTING A CIT SUBJECT TO THE HOSPITAL., I DONT USE THE TERM CONSUMERS IF IT OFFENDS THEM ..TO BAD. ITS THE SAME WITH A 10-15 RADIO ILL BE TRANSPORTING A MALE/FEMALE TO CORRECTIONS. EVERYONE IS SO AFFRAID THEY MIGHT HURT SOMEONES FEELING. ITS THE SAME WAY WITH A REPORT NUMBER EITHER YOU NEED ONE OR YOU DONT.. WHAT THE HELL IS A PRELIMINARY NUMBER?????? THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, GOD BLESS
