I am dead serious. We would enforce parking violations and noise complaints every night that place was open in the begining. The security and Mr. Cole began to complain to the major and chief that they were being harrassed. Due to that we were intitially told in roll call that we were not allowed to go to the club or enforce anything having to do with the club until we actually had a call there.
