From someone that was there, your an idiot. Where you there? No one that opened fire in the Shively shooting had anyone in their line of fire. If you hear gunshots and see an armed man charging/drawing down on your brothers you take the action required to keep them safe. Was it a dangerous situation? Yes. Where offciers shooting over the heads of others? No.
