No, the latest one where a dozen uniformed officers opened fire (justifiably) but with other officers in their line of fire. Just saying we need to be more aware of who is in front of us or what happened in Wv could happen here.

Problem is, the plainclothes officer hearing "stop, police, drop your gun" doesn't generally even realize that the other officer IS talking to them. Jones stated that he didn't even HEAR Bishop that day, although the bad guy, on the ground near Jones, said he did. That is NORMAL - you filter out what you don't think applies to you. That's why it is important for plainclothes officers to identify themselves with whatever they have - a jacket, armband, etc.
