Fpr practice this weekend he has detailed almost half the department(no joke intended on the numbers) to work the Mayor's Hike and Bike. Officers will practice the new "Follow at a Brisk Pace Policy" in order to aquaint themselves with what lies in store for them when they beging "following and containing suspects" instead of "chasing and catching" them

Last year there were about 300-350 participants. this is just another hey look at me Jerry sponsored event to waste tax dollars. Literally his big headed ego makes him think he is sponsoring a national tirathalon or something. OVERKILL AND WAST OF RESOURCES!
